Coco Paloma Desserts is an Austin-based award-winning custom cake design bakery. (She even donated the most delicious cake for our founder’s first blog birthday party in 2009!) Pastry chef and artist, Paloma Efron brings cakes to life as she works with clients to make their dreams a reality—in a delicious and edible cake form of course! Using natural ingredients, from yellow cake to lemon lavender cake and gourmet fillings, Paloma’s menu has it all! We’re a custom design cake shop creating everything from cute baby shower cakes to elaborate wedding and groom’s cakes. I founded the business in 2006.
We’re proud of our ‘from scratch’ baking at Coco Paloma Desserts. Nothing comes from a box. We’re committed to using organic, delicious, high-end ingredients as our starting point. I also think the design background gives me an edge in creating more unique and artistic cakes for my clients. We’re also well known for our handmade sugar flowers. They are labor and time intensive, so not too many bakeries make them.
